Parent-Child Therapy is designed for families experiencing communication difficulties, emotional disconnection, behavioral challenges, or ongoing conflict. Each session is tailored to the specific needs of the parent-child relationship and may include joint work, parent-focused guidance when appropriate, and individual work with the parent or the child as needed.
Together, we work on improving communication, reducing conflict, and building greater emotional connection. We focus on the parent-child relationship itself, rather than identifying one person as the “problem.” Instead of focusing only on behavior, we will explore the emotional needs and experiences behind those behaviors. You will understand the patterns that contribute to stress, miscommunication, or emotional distance. My goal is to help you feel more understood, supported, and connected in your day-to-day interactions.
